Seasonal Tax Position

Our Madison office is looking for seasonal Tax Preparers to join our team! The Seasonal Tax Preparer will prepare individual tax returns, and depending on experience, will get the opportunity to work on some business returns. This individual will deliver quality, on-time tax services for our clients.

The Tax Preparer will work through April 15th, 2026. This is a full or part-time position, and must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.  We will work out schedule specifics upon hire.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years prior tax preparation experience or working toward a degree in accounting.
• Must be organized, able to meet filing deadlines, and work with the highest degree of confidentiality.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills necessary.
• Proficiency with CCH Tax preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• Enrolled Agents and CPAs encouraged to apply.
