We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide detailed review, and analysis of tax returns, includes signing responsibilities.
- Train and develop staff.
- Advise clients on tax planning, research, and compliance.
- Consulting on accounting service, includes understanding of QuickBooks.
- Maintain relationship with referral sources.
Job Requirements:
- CPA, JD, or EA
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Public Accounting
- Experience in reviewing income tax returns
- Ability to review financial statements a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Exceptional client service with the ability to effectively communicate in person, via telephone and in writing
- Positive, can-do attitude

Tax and Accounting Associate
Full-Time Permanent Position

We are currently seeking an associate interested in tax and accounting services to join our team.
Our professionals bring ideas, energy and insight gathered from decades of training, and the experience learned with thousands of clients.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Accounting services based on client needs.
- Consulting on accounting, includes understanding of QuickBooks.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of tax records.
- Interacting and communicating with clients.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of tax records.
- Other variety of services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in tax return preparation.
- Ability to review trial balances and understanding difference in balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Strong technology skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Exceptional client service with the ability to effectively communicate in person, via telephone and in writing.
- Positive, can-do attitude.

Seasonal Tax Position
Our Madison office is looking for seasonal Tax Preparers to join our team. The Seasonal Tax Preparer will prepare individual tax returns, and will work on some business returns, depending upon experience. This individual will deliver quality, on-time tax services for our clients.
The Tax Preparer will work through April 15th, 2024. This is a full or part-time position, and must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. We will work out schedule specifics upon hire.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years prior tax preparation experience or working toward a degree in accounting.
- Must be organized, able to meet filing deadlines, and work with the highest degree of confidentiality.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills necessary.
- Proficiency with CCH Tax preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
- Enrolled Agents and CPAs encouraged to apply.
